Pattern and instructions to make 

Butterick 4870; ca. 1977; Misses' Dress. High-fitted and flared, bias dress in below mid-knee length, extending into shoulder ties, has V-neckline, cut-away armholes, pockets in side seams and topstitch trim.

Vintage condition: pattern is complete and uncut. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, tiny tears, spotty discolouration). This is a second hand item.
