 Butterick 4679 Misses tunic, skirt and pants. Very loose-fitting, pullover tunic has collar, shoulder pads, dropped shoulders, front bands, back yoke, side slits, stitched hems and long sleeves with pleats, placket and button cuffs. Semi-fitted, slightly tapered skirt, above mid-knee, has contour waist and back zipper/slit. Tapered pants have waistband and back zipper. Purcahsed top. 

This sewing pattern is uncut and factory folded. The instructions are present.

The envelope has signs of wear. It is creased has small tears and some discolouration.  This is a second-hand item.
