Instructions and pattern to make: Butterick 4586; ©1986; Misses' Top, Pants & Skirt. Very loose-fitting top (two lengths) has dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, facing stitched in place, shirttail hem and long sleeves rolled up (wrong side may show). Narrow hem. Tapered pants or straight skirt, below mid-knee, has elastic waist and hems stitched in place.

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, worn, with some tiny tears and spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
