Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 4115; ©1986; Misses' Jacket, Skirt & Blouse. Very loose-fitting, lined, below hip jacket has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, low armholes, pockets and long sleeves. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has waistband, back zipper and hemline vent. Very loose-fitting, pullover blouse has bias collar with ties, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front slit opening, yoke with forward shoulder seams and long sleeves with button cuffs.

Vintage condition: pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (discolouration, creasing, tears, writng in pen). This is a second hand item.
