Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 3574 Sleeveless, bloused, bodice with low, squared neckline, self bow trim. (A). A-line skirt (B) Contrast straight skirt. 

Vintage condition: The UNPRINTED pattern is complete and has been used, there is spotty discolouration on some pieces and some pieces are creased. Instructions are present.  Envelope shows creasing, spotty discolouration and tiny tears. This is a second hand item.
