Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 3464: Misses top and skirt. Very loose-fitting, blouson, wrap top has shoulder pads, yoke with forward shoulder seams, single-layer shaped band with ties (wrong side shows), and three-quarter or long sleeves pushed-up. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has waistband, back zipper and back hemline vent. 

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and has small tears, a place where an adhesive label has been removed and spotty discolouration on it. This is a second-hand item.
