Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 3378; ©1989; Misses' Jacket & Dress. Loose-fitting, unlined, below hip jacket has shoulder pads, pockets and long sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows). Dress, mid-knee or below mid-kinee has shawl collar, shoulder pads, very loose-fitting, mock wrap bodice has elasticized (seamed) waist, straight skirt, back hemline slit and short sleeves. Purchased belt and hankie.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, spotty discolouration). This is a second hand item.
