Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 3294 Very loose fitting blouse has V neckline with attached front neckiline band extending into ties, front buttoned closing, shoulder pleats, hemline darts and short sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs and full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs with continuous lap opening.
The pattern is complete, uncut and factory folded. The envelope is creased and has some tears and spotty discolouration.
