Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 3028; ca. 1964; Q 'n E Misses' Dress, Jumper, Blouse. Semi-fit dress or jumper with cap sleeves. Back buttoned blouse with cowl collar, three-quarter length cuffed sleeves.

The UNPRINTED pattern is  complete, some pieces are creased, have staining and tiny tears, the edges are fragile. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and has some small tears. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) l on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
