The UNPRINTED pattern is complete and the instrucitons are present. The piecses are creased and there are some small tears and hole in some pieces. The price reflects the condition of this rare item. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and there are some tears and pin holes, the top flap is missing. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
