Pattern and instructions to make  Very Easy. Blouse: Very loose-fitting blouse has convertible collar, shoulder pads and cap, above elbow or long sleeves. Narrow hem. A,B: pockets.
The pattern is complete, uncut and factory folded. The envelope is creased and has some spotty discolouration.
