Loose-fitting, straight, pullover dress, below mid-knee or lower calf, has dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, back neck slit with button/loop, front inset, pockets, pleated lower side (no side seams) and cap, short or 3/4 sleeves. A: contrast. No Provisions for Above Waist Adjustments.Vogue 9864 dress, above ankle, has front neckline slit with button/loop, shoulder pads, very loose-fitting bodice with tucks, flared skirt, back zipper and above elbow sleeves with bands or long sleeves.

Vintage condition: pattern is cut to size 12, making all sizes usable. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, the corners are worn and there is brown spotty discolouration). This is a second hand item.
