Instructions and pattern to make: Vogue 9403; ©1985; Misses top and skirt. Very loose-fitting blouson top has slightly dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, front band, peplum with gathered front and short or long sleeves. C. Bias collar. Straight skirt, below mid-knee has waistband, back zipper and back hemline vent. 

The pattern is complete and uncut. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, has tears and some spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
