Semi-fitted blouse has raised back tucked neckline with button/loop, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, bias, pleated right front, back zipper and short above elbow or long sleeves. Narrow hem. No Provision for Above-Waist Adjustment.

The pattern is complete and has been cut out. There is a tear on the instructions taht does not affect readability. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and there are some corner bumps. This is a second-hand item.
