The pattern is complete and partly cut out to size 16, making all sizes useable, The sleeve piece is cut to the short length, both pieces are present. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with tiny tears, spotty discoloursation and corner bumps. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
