Pullover Dress, below mid-knee or lower calf, has collar, shoulder pads, loose fitting, blouson (back) bodice, elastic (seamed) waist, flared skirt, side pockets and above elbow sleeves or long sleeves with button pleat. Narrow hem.  B contrast collar. Purchased Belt.

The pattern is complete and uncut. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, has tears and some spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
