Pattern and instructions to make:

Vogue Americana 2768; ca. 1972; Bill Blass - Men's Jacket and Pants. Semi-fitted lined jacket, darted into low, buttoned waist-band, has shaped collar on partial bias band, back yoke, buttoned epaulets, padded shoulders, full-length sleeves with buttoned band cuffs and patch pockets with buttoned flaps. Straight-legged pants, darted into shaped waistband with belt carriers, have fly front, zipper closing, front patch pockets with buttoned flaps or shaped western pockets and back buttonhole pockets (button closing only on left pocket). Topstitch trim. Purchased tops.

The pattern is complete and uncut. The original sew-in label is present, which is rare. The envelope has  wear. It is creased and has tears and some spotty discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
