Pattern and instructions to make: VMisses dress. Loose-fitting, slightly tapered dress, below mid-knee has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front overlay, back zipper and hemline slit and above elbow or long sleeves. B. bias collar. 

The pattern is complete, and partly cut out to the largest size, making all sizes useable. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased and has some tiny tears.
