Pattern and instructions to make: Style 3055; ©1970; Junior Petites' and Misses' Dress in Three Lengths: Dress with extended neckline has front bodice seaming, sleeves gathered into slightly cut-in armholes and back zipper. View A has front bodice in contrasting fabric. View A and B have long sleeves and loop and button trim. View A and C have top-stitched trim. View C has short sleeves.

Vintage condition: pattern is, complete and has been cut out, there are pin holes and rust marks in some pieces, THE SLEEVES HAVE BEEN CUT TO THE SHORT LENGTH AND THE EXTRA PIECES ARE MISSING. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing,  discolouration, small tears, the top flap is half torn off). This is a second hand item.
