Pattern and instructions to make: Style 3001; ©1982; Sew Simple - Misses' Dress: Simple T shape cross over wrap dress. The bodice has gathering from forward shoulder line. Pockets in side seam.

Vintage condition: pattern is complete and has been cut out. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, corner bumps, spotty brown discolouration, pencil writing on front). This is a second hand item.
