Pattern and instructions to make: 

Style 2757; ©1979; Misses' Unlined Jacket, Skirt and Trousers: Unlined jacket is gathered to yoke, cut without shoulder seams, and has patch pockets, long sleeves and shoulder pads. Front and neck edges are encased in bands. Front-pleated skirt, with side zipper, and trousers, with mock fly-front zipper, have front tucks, back darts and waistband.

Vintage condition: pattern is complete, uncut, factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, tiny tears, spotty discolouration). This is a second hand item.
