Pattern and instructions to make: Pattern and instructions to make: Style 2538 Pull-over-the-head flared dress or top, is gathered to yoke which has extended "pointed" shoulder line and no shoulder seams. The long sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs. The "v" shaped neckline has shawl collar. View 1 with side seam pockets, is completed with ribbon neck tie. Both dress and top are worn with purchased belt. Flared four-gore skirt, with side seam pockets, has waistband and back zip fastener. 

Vintage condition: pattern is, complete and has been cut out, some pieces are discoloured. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, spotty discolouration, tears, writing in pen). This is a second hand item.
