Pattern and instructions to make Simplicity 9857; ©1990; Misses' Blouse With Sleeve Variations: Button front blouse with notched collar has front and back pleated yoke and optional patch pocket. V. 1, 2, 3, and 4 have set in sleeves. V. 5 has gathered sleeves. V. 1 and 5 have long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. V. 2 has short sleeves. V. 3 has short sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 4 has short flutter sleeves.
The pattern is complete, uncut and factory folded. The envelope is creased and has some tears and sriting in pen on the front.
