Pattern and instructions to make Simplicity 9219; ©1970; Misses' Dress in Two Lengths and Sash: The dress with back zipper, has slit opening in the high round neckline, collar, set-in sleeves and optional loop and button closing. Elastic waistline casing and purchased belt. V. 1 & 2 have short sleeves, V. 1, 2, & 3 are mini length. V. 3, 4 & 5 have long sleeves with elastic casing. V. 4 & 5 are regular length. The contrasting sash may also be worn as a tie.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, tears, spotty brown discolouration, ink marks, wear). This is a second hand item.
