Pattern and instructions to make Simplicity 9028; ©1989; Misses' Shorts, Pants, Skirt and Walking Shorts: All views with triple elastic waistline casing have top-stitching, side seam pockets, front and back yoke and optional belt carriers. V. 1 pants have slightly tapered legs. V. 2 walking shorts and V. 4 slim skirt are above knee length.

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and tattered. This is a second-hand item.
