Instructions and pattern to make vintage: Simplicity 8732: ©1978; Misses' Dress in Two Lengths or Two-Piece Dress and Tie Belt: Regular length dress V. 1 & 2, long length V. 3 and top V. 4 have front band with optional button closing, collar an set-in sleeves with buttoned cuffs. V. 1 has front gathers. V. 1 & 3 have long sleeves. V. 2, 3 & 4 have front tucks. V. 2 has below elbow length sleeves. V. 4 has above elbow length sleeves. V. 4 skirt gathered to waistband has side pockets and back zipper.
The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with some tiny tears, and spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
