Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 7420; ©1986; Misses' Dress and Jacket: The strapless dress can be made ankle or evening length. The skirt is full and gathered to a fitted bodice at the waistline seam and has a back zipper and attached sash. It can also be made with a skirt overlay with lace trim or self ruffles. The lace trimmed jacket is lined with net or tulle.

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope worn, creased and torn with spotty discolouration, the top flap is torn off.  This is a second-hand item.
