Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 7151; ©1975; Misses' and Women's Dress or Top and Pants: Dress or top with straight or zig-zag top-stitching has front button closing, front yoke, stand-up collar and set-in sleeves. The dress has short sleeves with tuck detail and self fabric tie belt. The top with optional "D" rings features patch pockets, long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs and optional purchased belt. The pants with back zipper have elastic waistline casing. 

Vintage condition: pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, small tears, spotty brown discolouration, writing in pen, the envelope has tears all alng the bottom edge). This is a second hand item.
