Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 7142; ©1990; Misses' Dress: Dresses with sweetheart neckline have full skirt gathered to fitted bodice at lowered, pointed waistline. V. 1 has sleeves gathered to armholes and to binding, V. 2 has cap sleeves.

The pattern is complete, uncut and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is worn, it is creased and has some tears.
