Pattern and instructions to make: Long or short dress with low "V" shaped neckline is gathered in front and back with elastic and covered with self fabric tabs. The dress is also gathered with elastic at shoulders forming short flared sleeves.
Vintage condition: pattern is cut out to the largest size, making both sizes useable, and complete. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, small tears, spotty discolouration). This is a second hand item.
