Pattern and instructions to make Simplicity 6647; 1984; Misses' Draped Blouses -- Blouse has long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 1 and 2 have left shoulder loop and button closing. V. 1 has tucked front drape. V. 2 has pleated front and back cowl slipped through self carrier. V. 3 has pleated front forming drape, button trimmed shoulder tabs and back button closing.
The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has signs of wear. It is creased and there are some tiny tears at the top, some writing in pen on the front and soem spotty discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
