Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 6625; ©1974; Misses' Blouse and Scarf: The blouse softly gathered to forward shoulder seams has back zipper, high round neckline, stand-up collar and set-in sleeves. Blouse may be worn with or without self fabric scarf. V. 1 & 2 have long sleeves gathered to snap fastened cuffs. V. 3 has short sleeves with turn back cuffs.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing and wear on edges, tiny tears, writing in pencil). This is a second hand item.
