Instructions and pattern to make: Simplicity 5721; ©1982; Misses' Asymmetric Dress with Quilted or Plain Yoke: Dress gathered to asymmetrical yoke has left shoulder button closing, side seam pockets and set-in sleeves gathered to armholes. V. 1 has self quilted yoke, corded piping trim and elbow length sleeves with elastic casings at lower edge. Ribbon trimmed V. 2 has stand-up collar, lower ruffle and long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 3 has contrasting pre-quilted yoke, and cuffs, piping trim and long sleeves.

The pattern is complete and uncut. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, has tears and some spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
