Simplicity 5027 vintage 1960s shirt dress sewing pattern. Wounded bargain

Bust 41 inches. 

Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 5027; ca. 1963; Misses' and Women's One-Piece Dress with Two Skirts in Half-Sizes: Dress in both views has a fitted bodice with an open collar, set-in sleeves and a welt at left front. Dress button-closes down entire center front. The belt may be self-fabric or purchased. V. 1 features short self-roll-up sleeves and a semi-flared 6-gore skirt. V. 2 sleeves are below-elbow length and the slim skirt has a back kick pleat. Top-stitching in V. 2 details edges of skirt, bodice and collar.

The pattern is cut out and and complete, The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and has small tears. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
