Pattern and instructions to make Simplicity 4010; ca. 1961; Teens' and Juniors' One-Piece Dress: Dress has front closing on bodice, set-in sleeves and full softly pleated skirt. Belt is self or purchased. V. 1 and 2 have mandarin collar and three-quarter length sleeves softly pleated into buttoned sleevebands. V. 1 bodice closes with purchased frogs. V. 2 and 3 with buttons. V. 2 collar and sleeve-bands are contrasting. V. 3 has notch-type collar. Sleeves roll up to form cuffs.
The pattern is cut out and complete. Some pieces have some small tears. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased, has some spots of discolouration and tears. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
