Instructions and pattern to make: 

MISSES' TOP AND DRESSES: Top or dresses (close-fitting through bust) have back button shoulder straps, lined upper sections, pleated front/darted back lower sections, invisible back zipper and narrow hem. A: lined. B: cut on crosswise grain of fabric.

Easy to sew.

This is an out-of-print sewing pattern, new, uncut, factory folded, complete with instructions. The envelope shows some shelf wear.
