McCall's 1950s printed blouse sewing pattern.  

The pattern is complete and has been cut out. Some pieces have been cut out with pinking shears, there a tiny tears on a couple of the pieces. The envelope has wear. It is creased and there are tears on each side and a tear across the front that has been mended with adhesive tape. This is a second-hand item.
