Pattern and instructions to make: McCall's 7650; ©1964; Skirt for Three Figure Types: Misses', Teen and Pre-Teen "Easy To Sew". Three-piece, lightly flared skirt is dart fitted at top, has interfaced waistband, left side zipper. Fake pocket flaps on skirt front are optional and are trimmed with machine stitching.

Vintage condition: pattern is  complete and uncut. Instructions are present.  Envelope shows wear, creasing. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) and some creasing, and tears, writing in pencil, and adhesive tape on the envelope. This is a second hand item.
