Instructions and pattern to make: McCall's 3200; ©1972; Boys Button trimmed pants in two lengths have patch pockets, fly front zipper, elastic in back waistband.Self cuffed pants B have button trimmed tabs.Pullover shirt has stitch trim and is for unbonded stretchable knits only

The pattern is complete, and uncut. The instructions are present,  The envelope has  wear. It is creased. There is discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
