Pattern and instructions to make: 

Loose-fitting, straight, pullover dress, mid-calf or above ankle, has neck and front bands, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, back hemline slit and above elbow or long sleeves with bands. 
Views A and B have mock welts. Views A and C have contrast bands. View C has pockets.
The pattern is complete, and has been cut out to size 12, making  all sizes useable.

The envelope has signs of wear. It is creased and has small tears, pen markings and spotty brown discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
