Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 5794 teen dress pattern. Including a tissue lesson chart "how to make a decorative casing". The dress V 1, 2 and 3 with back gathered to yoke has front button closing, notched collar, button trimmed flapped patch pockets and optional drawstring and outside casing. Casing may be made of dress fabric or embroidered ribbon. V. 1 and 2 have long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 3 has short set-in sleeves and turn-back cuffs.
Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (discolouration, creasing). This is a second hand item.
