Pattern and instructions to make: 

Below-knee length, wrapped A-line skirt has bias front, buttoned waistband, patch pockets, and topstitch trim. Purchased tops.

The pattern is unused, complete and has been cut out and used. There are tailors tack holes and discolouration on the main piece. The instructions are present. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased, and has tiny tears . There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
