View A has small button down collar on band. B has small pointed collar on band. C has small round collar on band and D has shaped collar on band. Edgestitching and topstitching.
The pattern is unused complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and faded, has spotty discolouration, writing in pen and there is are some tears at the edged. This is a second-hand item.
