Pattern and instructions to make: 

Boys'/girls' shirt. Close-fitting shirt has collar/collar band, contrast yokes, mock bands, long sleeves and cuffs and shaped/stitched hem. B. contrast cuffs. Purchased belt and bottom.

This sewing pattern is complete, factory folded, uncut, complete with instructions.

The envelope has signs of wear. It is creased and has tears and spotty discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
