Instructions and pattern to make Butterick 6542; ca. early to mid 1980s; Misses' Blouse. Very loose-fitting blouse has notched collar, dropped shoulders, yoke with forward shoulder seams and three-quarter length sleeves rolled up (wrong side shows). Narrow hem. A and C: cap sleeves. C: pocket. Purchased belt.

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with some tiny tears,  and some discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
