Closefitting dress with flip skirt; four inches above knees, one inch below knee or ankle length, or top has U-neckline, full length sleeves, and topstitch trim. Short shorts with topstitch trims are darted into waistline. Shaped wrapped hat has tie ends. FOR KNIT FABRICS ONLY
