The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is slightly creased and there are some tears at the top, and a large tear from the top to about 1/4 of the way down the front. There is a small brown mark on the front of the envelope and some spotty brown discolouration (foxing) also. This is a second-hand item.
