Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 5770; ©1987; Misses'/Misses' Petite Dress. Dress, below mid-knee, below mid-calf or lower calf, has jewel neckline or collar variations, shoulder pads, very loose fitting blouson, pleated bodice, straight or flared skirt with front pleats, shaped side front pockets, side zipper and long sleeves with pleated cap. C, E: back hemline slit. Purchased belt and scarf.

The  pattern has been neatly cut out and used. The pattern is complete and the instructions are present. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and there are some small tears and corner bumps.
