Butterick 5724; ©1987; Misses' Dress: Dress, below mid-knee or lower calf, has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, fitted bodice, straight or flared skirt and long sleeves. Purchased belt.

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with some tears and spotty discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
