Butterick 5704; ca. 1977; John Kloss - Misses' Gown for Moderate Stretch Knit Fabrics only. A and B - Fitted and slightly flared strapless gown in below mid-knee length or evening length with deep front hemline slit has self bodice cuff, elasticized upper edge and attached self tie trim. C and D - Fitted and slightly flared one-shoulder gown in below mid-knee or evening length has self bodice ruffle extending into self narrow shoulder ties. Topstitching.
